Parker Apartments, a California-based apartment complex was set to open in the Spring of 2012. After months of spending most of its marketing budget on traditional marketing and various forms of advertising. With a 75% vacancy rate just 6 months prior to the completion of all construction, they realiezed that they were in need of something different.
That’s where we came in. We analyzed the situation, dissected past marketing efforts, researched their market and knew exactly what needed to be done.
We identified their target demographic and interviewed several leasers that have already signed up. From there it was just a matter of implementing strong SEO, creating a clearer sales funnel, and writing ad copy that resonated with who would lease an apartment in sunny California.
